Treasury & Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage treasury functions for debt compliance and funding arrangements to optimize financial stability, which includes:
  • Prepares monthly cash flow forecasting and certificate creation for the bank for funding and to support strategic decision-making
  • Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity to optimize working capital and cash reserves.
  • Make formal recommendations for biannual and other periodic intercompany settlements as a part of the cash forecasting
  • Prepares the quarterly debt covenant calculations
  • Develop and maintain treasury policies and procedures after formal recommendation and approval
  • Automate cash management and reporting processes for the Treasury function
  • Maintain the treasury management system
  • Prepares periodic cash and debt forecasting
  • Periodic review and analysis of interest rates, bank fees, credit card fees, and currency exchange rates
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements
• Ensure completion of annual financial reporting checklists as a part of the annual audit under US GAAP.
• Coordinate the annual impairment analysis and the annual financial statement audit in collaboration with the VP & Controller
