Field Reimbursement Manager – Overview

Join Syneos Health Commercial Solutions as a Field Reimbursement Manager. In this role you will serve as the subject‑matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues affecting the client’s product, educating HCPs and their staff to facilitate appropriate patient access.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze access and reimbursement issues and opportunities.
  • Provide access and reimbursement education to field teams.
  • Coordinate on access and reimbursement issues with third parties, including hubs.
  • Support patient access to products by delivering expertise on reimbursement barriers.
Essentials
  • BS/BA degree.
  • Minimum 5 years in field reimbursement, field sales, payer marketing, patient support programs, or reimbursement hub programs.
  • Extensive knowledge of payer and health systems.
  • Must live within the territory or its boundaries.
Desired Skills
  • Advanced degree.
  • Knowledge of specialty pharmacy dynamics, buy‑and‑bill process, Medicare Parts A, B, C and D, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
  • Demonstrated ability to educate offices on access and reimbursement processes.
  • Competent understanding of hub activities.
Compensation

The annual base salary ranges from $160,000 to $170,000. Eligibility to earn commissions or bonuses may apply based on company and individual performance.
