** About the role
** Health Fitness is looking for a part-time, 25 hpw, Front Desk Attendant to join the fitness team at our client site located in Detroit, MI. In this position, you will greet, check-in and assist customers; provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Schedule:

25 hours per week, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays 2:00-8:30 pm   Every other Saturday 9:00am - 2:30pmGreet, check-in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:

* Greeting, checking-in and assisting customers, provide program information services and membership information. Efficiently responds to client and participant requests, comments or concerns and brings issues to timely and appropriate resolution.
* Assist with all member service desk administration and processes, answer phones, and process membership enrollments. Collects membership fees and performs related recordkeeping.
* Participates in membership drives to acquire new participants and enroll new participants.
* Laundry and locker rooms services.
* Maintains and updates participant and facility policies as appropriate. Educate participants on policies and procedures.
* Participate in internal programs and special events.
* Opening and/or closing duties.
* Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

* Must be 18 years or older.
* Previous customer service experience a plus.
* Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required by start date.

Compensation: $13.50-$15.50 per hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
