What we are looking for:
CNS Healthcare, a leading provider of Mental Health Services in southeast Michigan, is seeking a Director of Adult Clinical Operations to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The Director of Adult Clinical Services is responsible for leading and overseeing clinical areas and operations within Adult Services programming. This role aims to enhance the agency’s ability to fulfill its goals and adapt to the changing needs of internal and external customers, overseeing service delivery and productivity to ensure that individuals served receive clinically effective and cost-efficient services.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Business Administration with a clinical/human services background.
- State licensure (LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LLP, or LP).
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience overseeing mental/behavioral health staff.
- Minimum 5 years providing clinical services in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and EHRs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Preferred:
- Experience at the Director level.
- Experience with crisis and SUD service delivery models.
- Possession of MCBAP SUD credentials (CADC, CAADC, CCS).
- Experience in a CCBHC environment and managing clinical projects.
- Knowledge of clinical billing processes.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and programming.
Work Environment:
This role operates in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment, and may require in-person or virtual meetings.
