Pay Range: $32.45 - $48.70

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5-10 years administrative/management experience in Healthcare.
• Minimum of 5-10 years experience with salary expense revenue and service unit management and budget preparation.
• Previous experience with creation design facilitation and implementation of process and staffing redesign.
• Experience with quality management processes.
• Strong background in logistics.
• Strong communication skills (written verbal and presentation).
• Strong organization skills.
• Strong operational management and Human Resource skills.
