Hotel Receptionist - Full-Time vacancy in Detroit, USA
To ensure that the customer receives a warm welcome and an excellent, personalised and efficient service at check-in, check-out, during the visit, on the telephone and through email.
Responsibilities- Front Desk operations
- Greeting guests and ensuring their expectations are exceeded
- Checking in and out guests using Opera property management system - experience preferred
- Handling telephone and reservations enquiries
- Working with Housekeeping department to ensure guest rooms are prepared to a high standard
- Provide information to customers on hotel facilities, services and outlet opening times
- Be familiar with local tourist attractions, amenities and activities and be able to assist customers with their requirement
