Responsibilities

If you are an accomplished Catering and Event Manager or Director looking to join a prominent member‑owned club, this may be a great match for you. You will be booking events and club functions directly with club members. Annual Catering Sales volume $2M+. Year‑round position with summers being busy, lighter schedule in winter.

We are searching for a Catering Director with experience in a full‑service, luxury hotel, private country club, or event venue. Must be highly skilled in planning and executing upscale events including weddings, showers, member parties and other social and business events. You will also coordinate activities of outside vendors. Excellent salary and incentive package.

Qualifications

• Hospitality Degree
• 5‑7 years of experience as a Catering /Event /Banquet Manager/Director in a luxury hotel, country club, or event venue
• Expertise in selling and managing events, detailing BEOs, and working with members to ensure flawless execution
• Exceptional training skills
• A guest / member focused mentality
• Excellent base salary, commensurate with experience
