Role Overview
As Snr Manager of Personalization, you will work with regional promoters and venues to design and execute personalized experiences and offerings, focusing on driving ancillary revenue using the AEG Presents marketing technology stack and data-driven strategies. You will blend industry expertise with hands-on execution of omnichannel campaigns and multi-touch journeys to drive revenue and optimize consumer engagement, supported by web analytics and attribution reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead omnichannel campaigns across email, SMS, and mobile channels to drive revenue and engagement.
- Analyze performance data to optimize strategies, report on KPIs, and identify trends.
- Partner with venue teams to develop experiential and premium offerings.
- Support loyalty programs and develop new models for engagement and revenue growth.
- Enhance mobile engagement through apps and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with venue GMs and regional teams to review performance and identify revenue opportunities.
- Utilize ticketing, marketing, and transactional data to derive insights and define revenue activities.
- Provide training and strategic support to local marketing teams.
- Contribute to the development of marketing technologies for personalization.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in marketing, technology, or analytics.
- 4-6 years experience in a venue or live music environment, with a focus on consumer products, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Expertise in omnichannel journeys, data-driven decision-making, and personalization.
- Experience with marketing automation, web analytics, and attribution modeling.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Payscale: $80,154 - $115,500
Bonus:
Eligible under current plan.
