- Ability to handle lead triages.
- Follow Agile routines.
- Provide effective status reporting.
- Provide SWAGs/Estimates in terms of story points and release estimation.
- Coordinate onshore/offshore activities.
- Effective task assignment to the team.
- Effective problem solving.
