Placement:
Direct hire, non-temp position. Salary range: $100,000-$120,000 DOE.

We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and experienced Senior Solution Engineer to join our Technology team supporting a Master Data Management (MDM) application. The successful candidate will analyze new source data and new party roles, and work closely with business stakeholders to identify, test, and refine rules for validation, cleansing, standardization, and matching.

• Analyze source system data to define and refine data quality rules to master data.
• Design and configure Informatica MDM data integrations.
• Own and manage issue/conflict resolution, demonstrating problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Enhance logical and physical data model based on new requirements from new data sources and data types.
• Provide leadership and mentorship for less experienced team members.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ years of MDM implementation experience.
• 4+ years of Informatica Power Center experience.
• 4+ years of Oracle SQL/PLSQL experience.
• 2+ years of Java experience.
• Subject matter knowledge in the Financial Industry in areas such as Dealer (dealer, branch, advisor, RIA, etc.).
• Bachelor’s Degree with work experience.

Additional requirements include experience with data quality tools, Address Doctor, and designing and building Java business services to integrate with the Informatica MDM using Services Integration Framework (SIF). Experience as a team member in an Agile SCRUM environment is also preferred.
