Detroit, Michigan; and Marlborough, Massachusetts. Our U.S. team serves a diverse and highly innovative customer base including prominent companies in automotive, aerospace, mobile systems, automation, communications, and semiconductor technology.

As Sales Manager West at Lauterbach Inc., you will play a key role in supporting and expanding our customer base in the Western region of the United States. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical and commercial support to customers
• Presenting and demonstrating our products
• Preparing, negotiating, and following up on quotations
• Planning, preparing for, and attending industry trade fairs and exhibitions
• Initiating new customer relationships and developing long-term, trusted partnerships
• Expanding business into new sectors and markets
• Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams at headquarters

To be considered for this role, you should bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, technical computer science, or a comparable technical field
• Strong knowledge of hardware-related software (mandatory)
• Previous experience in technical sales
• Familiarity with debuggers for embedded applications (preferred)
• Experience with Lauterbach TRACE
  32 systems (a plus)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel within the USA and occasionally to Germany
• The ability to work independently, proactively, and with strong attention to detail
