Data Analyst

The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for implementing product enhancements and providing production support for 1:1 Messaging. This includes triaging incidents, managing change requests, supporting tasks, and performing data analysis related to production support.

• Support data-driven products, including working with inbound/outbound datasets, file schedules, monitoring, databases, and updating business requirement documentation.
• Write and optimize SQL queries (minimum 3 years of experience).
• Work with cloud data platforms such as Azure SQL DB, Google Cloud Platform Cloud SQL, AWS Amazon RDS, and/or Databricks.
• Analyse complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Understand the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
• Solve complex technical issues with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Create detailed technical documentation and reports.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Use project management tools such as Jira.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience writing SQL queries.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
• Experience with Databricks environment (preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
