We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to support business and IT stakeholders in gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and delivering data-driven insights. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start or grow their career in business analysis.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, Use Cases)
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs
• Assist in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation
• Support UAT planning, test case creation, and defect tracking
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews)
• Coordinate with development, QA, and project teams

• Basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Power Point
• Basic SQL or data analysis knowledge is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Internship, academic projects, or training as a Business Analyst
• Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, or Power BI
• BA certification (ECBA, CBAP preferred but not mandatory)
