Technical Lead Informatica Power Center / PL/SQL

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Informatica Power Center and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate will lead ETL development efforts, guide the team, and work closely with IT and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions. This is a fully onsite role in Detroit, MI.

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of ETL processes using Informatica Power Center.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure alignment.
• Guide and mentor ETL developers, including code reviews and technical oversight.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries.
• Provide hands-on support in Oracle and DB2 database environments.
• Perform performance tuning, error resolution, and production support.
• Support overall project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and best practices.
• Insurance or claims domain experience is beneficial.

• 8-10 years of experience in ETL development using Informatica Power Center.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL with ability to resolve complex issues.
• Experience working with Oracle and DB2 databases.
• Ability to lead and guide a technical team confidently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience in the insurance or claims domain is preferred.
