Our client, a fast‑growing and innovative organization, is expanding its data and analytics team and seeking a Data Scientist to build predictive models, uncover insights, and drive data‑informed decisions. This role partners with leadership and cross‑functional teams to turn complex datasets into actionable intelligence that supports efficiency and growth.

• Design, develop, and implement data‑driven solutions using machine learning, statistics, and advanced analytics.
• Identify business opportunities through data analysis and optimization.
• Build, test, and validate predictive models and algorithms.
• Conduct A/B tests and evaluate model performance.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights.
• Collaborate across teams to deploy and monitor models in production.
• Explore new data sources, tools, and technologies to improve capabilities.

• Bachelor’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
• Skilled in Python, R, MATLAB, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience with large datasets and data platforms (Hadoop, SAS, Teradata, etc.).
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Candidates must be based in the Metro Detroit area; sponsorship is not available for this role.
