Qualifications

Basic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education, and at least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in Sitecore CMS projects (v6 and v7), with experience in version 8 being an advantage.
• Strong technical hands-on knowledge of Sitecore, including best practices and features.
• Good understanding of Web development, information architecture, CMS, and integrated technologies.
• Ability to map loosely defined business requirements to specific technical solutions.
• Experience in design and development of multi-lingual/multi-country websites.
• Strong experience in high-level and detailed solution design and build validation, as well as content migration projects.
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, JQUERY, and Responsive Web Design.
• Strong ASP.NET C# experience (framework v2, v3.5, v4) and MVC framework.
• Strong knowledge of IIS and Team Foundation Server.
• Solid programming knowledge of MS SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Demonstrated experience in integration using APIs and web services.
• At least 4 years of .NET project-related experience.
• Experience with Sitecore concepts, including Layouts, Sub-layouts, Templates, CM/CD environments, Sitecore caching, Serialization, Sitecore configuration, and Sitecore deployment.
• Track record of leading a Sitecore development team of at least 6 developers.
• Strong analytical skills and conversancy with release management and unit testing automation.
