• Serve as the main technical voice for Databricks across multiple clients.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey, helping them evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.
• Implement the technical strategy within the account, ensuring alignment with overarching goals.
• Build a community of technical champions within the account.
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
• Provide structured mentorship for other team members.
• Gain the respect of peers through experience, insight, and contributions.

• Proficiency at establishing and leading virtual teams within large global accounts.
• Experience working with very large accounts (> $1M ARR).
• Ability to form relationships with executives and influencers.
• Strong presentation skills, delivering convincing points of view to decision‑makers.
• Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud platforms.
• Ability to drive data‑driven business transformation.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Nice to have:
  Databricks Certification.
