  Assess current systems (new or existing) and develop actionable plans with minimal oversight.
• Systems Expertise
  :
  Install, configure, and maintain advanced physical security systems, including access control and video surveillance solutions.

• Experience
  :
  Field experience in physical security and IT infrastructure.
• Access Control
  :
  Genetec, C-Cure 9000, Lenel/S2.

• Hands-on expertise in systems, server, and network administration.
• Proven leadership in project management
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
