Job Description

Requirement gathering, elicitation, analysis and documentation of business needs from stakeholders through workshops and meetings.

• Salesforce Platform:
  Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules).
• Business Analysis:
  Requirements engineering, process modeling, UML, Agile/Scrum.
• Technical Aptitude:
  Familiarity with integrations, data migration and system architecture.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Critical thinking, problem solving, excellent communication, technical and non‑technical presentation and interpersonal skills.

• User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Process Maps (As‑Is to To‑Be)
• Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Data Models and Technical Specifications
• Test Scripts and Training Materials
