Project Type: Bluefield SAP CX (C4C Sales) Implementation Integrated with IS-U
Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced SAP CX (C4C Sales) Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of SAP Customer Experience solutions for a leading utility client. The role requires strong solutioning expertise across SAP C4C Sales, deep understanding of utilities business processes, and hands‑on integration knowledge with SAP IS-U and SOM systems. The candidate will also drive architecture decisions involving SAP BTP, CPI, Open Text, and Docu Sign, ensuring seamless process integration and superior customer engagement capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end solution architecture for SAP C4C Sales Cloud, ensuring alignment with business requirements and integration with IS-U and SOM.
- Define and own the CX solution blueprint, integration design, and overall architecture governance across CX, ERP, and middleware systems.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to design scalable solutions leveraging SAP BTP Build, CPI, Open Text, and Docu Sign.
- Provide technical and architectural guidance during Fit‑Gap, Design, Build, and Testing phases of the project.
- Collaborate with project management and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, risk mitigation, and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct design review sessions, define technical standards, and ensure reusability and extensibility of CX components.
- Support integration with third‑party applications, customer portals, and other utility‑specific systems.
- Provide leadership in change management, cutover planning, and post go‑live stabilization.
- Mentor onshore/offshore team members and ensure quality deliverables.
Experience: 14 years of overall SAP experience, with 8 years in SAP CX/C4C Sales Cloud implementation and architecture.
Domain expertise: Strong experience in Utilities domain, with exposure to SAP IS‑U and SAP SOM integration.
Technical knowledge: SAP BTP Build Apps, SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), Open Text, and Docu Sign integration with SAP CX.
Configuration skills: Hands‑on experience in configuring and customizing C4C Sales, including master data, sales processes, activities, and analytics.
Process understanding: Deep understanding of end‑to‑end Lead‑to‑Cash and Service processes in a utility environment.
Project management: Experience in project management activities, including planning, risk assessment, stakeholder communication, and delivery tracking.
Communication: Excellent communication and client‑facing skills, with the ability to present and defend architecture decisions to senior stakeholders.
Agile experience: Experience working in agile/hybrid project environments is an advantage.
Certifications: SAP Certified in SAP C4C Sales Cloud or SAP CX Solution Architect track.
Implementation experience: Prior experience with Greenfield implementations or large‑scale CX transformation programs.
Soft Skills- Strong leadership and cross‑team collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
