Digital Marketer

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer to own and optimize our digital channels and drive consistent, high-quality lead flow. This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands performance marketing, executes quickly, and uses data to improve outcomes.

• Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms
• Manage CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS with a continuous test‑and‑learn mindset
• Execute and maintain a consistent social media and content posting cadence
• Build and manage content calendars aligned to business goals
• Capture and repurpose content from job sites, team activity, and customer interactions
• Improve website performance, landing pages, and lead conversion paths
• Track leads through CRM and marketing tools; ensure clean data and attribution
• Deliver clear weekly and monthly KPI reporting with insights and recommendations

• 3–5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience
• Proven success managing paid media (Google Ads & Meta required)
• Strong understanding of funnels, tracking, and performance metrics
• Comfortable owning execution—not just strategy
• Organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple initiatives
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Experience in local service, home services, or B2C marketing
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
• Basic creative skills (Canva, short‑form video, light editing)
• Experience in a metrics‑driven or EOS‑style organization
