Enterprise Solutions Managers lead and design enterprise solutions that enable clients to realize digital excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate across cross‑functional stakeholder groups and development teams.
• Strategically drive performance analysis and tackle difficult business challenges.
• Apply deep IT and digital expertise to design novel solutions rooted in complexity.
• Navigate ambiguous situations with confidence and determine the best path forward.
• Champion organizational change, align and onboard teams to implement new processes, toolsets, and IT operating models.
• Influence stakeholders, build strong relationships, and establish trust.

• Program Management & Governance
  • Managing large‑scale ERP or similar projects.
  • Developing transformation roadmaps, cost estimation, and resource plans across internal and external parties.
  • Defining global and local deployment, program governance, and quality assurance strategies.
• Maximizing Business Value on Tech Investments
  • Link financial performance and business strategy to digital solutions.
  • Articulate and quantify value cases for large tech investments such as ERP programs.
  • Optimize value realization in ERP and similar solutions.
• Solution Architecture & Design
  • Evaluate IT, enterprise applications, data, analytics, integration, and AI solutions with packaged software platforms.
  • Translate business needs into target state system requirements.
  • Recommend tailored packaged software vendors, modules, and configurations.
  • Restructure ERP, HCM, EAM, CRM processes.
  • Develop infrastructure approaches, including SOA, and high‑level design of ERP and related solutions.
• Organizational Change
  • Restructure business/tech processes and organization/operating models within an ERP construct.
  • Support tech functions during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Develop talent by providing direction and facilitating technical discussions.
• Client Management
  • Manage mid‑to‑senior level client relationships autonomously.
  • Manage expectations and maintain control of escalating situations.
• Thought Leadership
  • Assist with business development through writing proposals and scoping projects.
  • Contribute to written publications and speaking at events and conferences.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, engineering, information technology, business management, or relevant field.
• 6+ years of practical experience in IT/ERP consulting, professional software development, or IT project management focused on SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Workday or similar.
• Previous experience in a management role in two or more end‑to‑end ERP implementations in a waterfall or agile setting.
• Demonstrated responsibility for two or more end‑to‑end ERP implementations, managing modules or work streams throughout all program phases.
• Experience in business process design and configuration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills.
• Experience with the management of decision processes at large organizations.
• Strong customer and results orientation.
• Confidence and persuasiveness.
• Experience planning and managing large, complex projects.
• Gen AI tool fluency (e.g., proven usage of GenAI such as ChatGPT, Claude) and validation of responses.
• Willingness to travel around the globe to work with clients and BCG teams; significant travel may be required.
