GDI Infotech, Inc. in Detroit seeks an experienced IT Technician to provide hands-on support across a Microsoft-based environment. This role goes beyond a traditional help desk, requiring ownership from issue intake to resolution and collaboration with technology vendors.
You will troubleshoot Windows 11, Intune, AD/Entra , security tools, and end-user devices while supporting onboarding, deployments, licensing, and security investigations. Occasional travel to onsite locations is required.
