Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. The Program Manager / Tech Delivery Manager does anything possible to help the team‑of‑teams perform at their highest level. This involves removing any impediments to progress, facilitating meetings and working with the product managers to ensure product is ready for the next quarter. The successful candidate will have extensive experience guiding teams and organizations on how to use scaled agile practices and values to increase customer satisfaction.

This position will report to a Director – Tech Delivery.

• This role is responsible for optimizing the flow of epics/features and the value delivered by a program, and is focused on serving the needs of the train to drive performance and growth
• Work with the Architect and Product Manager in refining the capabilities and epics to be considered in the next quarterly planning cycle to meet the Epic Definition of Ready
• Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating the program/product line ceremonies, managing dependencies across teams in the program, and providing visibility into the health of epic/feature delivery and the overall program increment
• Understand and communicate the capacity of the teams within the program, and ensure commitments and capacity are balanced and sustainable.
• Facilitates communication and coordination with stakeholders and customers during epic definition and delivery, ensures impediments to epic/feature delivery are resolved quickly and protects the teams from outside disruptions to delivery
• Evangelize the agile mindset and principles, empowering individual teams to become self‑managing and fulfill their cross‑functional potential
• Manages change to the program/product line quarterly plan and the impacts of those changes
