IT Project Manager, Ecommerce
CMK Resources is partnered with a growing organization to help find their next Director of eCommerce Technology
. The Director of eCommerce Technology is responsible for the technology strategy, architecture, delivery, and ongoing operation of digital commerce platforms for the company.
This leader owns the technology capabilities that support the end-to-end online customer experience, including the eCommerce platform, website and mobile experiences, product and inventory integrations, order management, payments, search, personalization, analytics, and integrations with core retail systems.
The Director will partner closely with eCommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, Store Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Cybersecurity, and IT leadership to deliver a fast, reliable, secure, and scalable digital commerce experience.
This role combines technology leadership, retail business knowledge, architecture, vendor management, and execution
. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable developing a multi-year technology roadmap, leading major platform initiatives, managing technical teams and partners, and resolving critical production issues during peak retail periods.
