- Windows OS and basic system administration
- Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Microsoft apps on iOS devices (iPad/iPhone)
- Exposure to Visual Studio and SQL
- Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams
- Interest in growing into technical projects or application support
- Prior experience in a corporate or enterprise IT environment
