Our client is seeking an experienced Data Warehouse / Data Integration
Lead to lead data integration and data warehousing initiatives involving complex data migration, cleansing, transformation, and integration activities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ETL, SQL, data cleansing, data normalization, database-to-database integration, and third-party data integrations
.

This role will be responsible for leading the technical execution of the project, working with multiple data sources, ensuring data quality, and developing reliable processes to extract, transform, validate, and load data into target databases and data warehouse environments.

• Lead the design and implementation of data warehouse and data integration solutions
  .
• Lead data migration and database-to-database integration projects.
• Develop and manage ETL processes for extracting, transforming, cleansing, and loading data.
• Perform extensive data cleansing, standardization, normalization, and transformation activities.
• Analyze source data and develop source-to-target mappings and transformation rules.
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, data validation scripts, and reconciliation processes

• Integrate data from multiple internal and external/third-party sources.
• Manage processes where data is sent to third-party systems/vendors for processing and subsequently returned for integration
  .
• Design and implement processes to merge and reconcile data from multiple systems.
• Identify and resolve data quality, duplication, consistency, and integrity issues.
• Establish data validation and reconciliation procedures to ensure accurate data movement.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Lead technical discussions, troubleshoot integration issues, and drive project deliverables.
• Review technical solutions and provide guidance to other developers.
• Ensure data integration processes are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.

• Strong Data Warehousing experience.
• Strong ETL/ELT development experience.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills.
• Extensive experience with data cleansing and data quality

• Strong understanding of data normalization and transformation
  .
• Experience with database-to-database integration
  .
• Experience developing complex data integration workflows.
• Experience integrating data with third-party systems/vendors
  .
• Strong source-to-target mapping and data transformation experience.
• Experience with data reconciliation and validation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a data integration project from requirements through implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with enterprise data warehouse environments.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Experience with multiple relational database platforms.
• Experience with data migration/conversion projects.
• Experience working with external vendors and third-party data exchanges.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other Data Warehouse/Data Integration Developers.
