Technical Recruiter

At Digital Wave, the Technical Recruiter owns the analysis that turns quarterly goals into concrete operating plans. The thing worth noting is how much Digital Wave trusts you here — $53,000 - $82,000, business ownership, and a long runway, all from 4 years in.

• Build the 4-quarter view that survives contact with reality
• Own the math behind every Technical Recruiter promise made to a customer
• Chase down why margin slipped and come back with a fix, not a theory
• Wire up dashboards so Detroit managers stop asking you for the same numbers
• Coach mid-level stakeholders through the math behind a hard reallocation
• Read a Workforce Planning dashboard and know which line is lying to you

• Roughly 4+ years operating in a similar Technical Recruiter position
• A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for teamwork
• Comfort owning business decisions in a MI market
• The reflex to surface risk before it surfaces itself

Recognized for our goal-oriented work in business, Digital Wave continues to grow its presence across MI. Ownership at Digital Wave means you fix the broken thing even when nobody assigned it to you.

Beginning at $53,000 - $82,000, your growth is mentored, your benefits are full, and your hours flex to match life in Detroit, MI.
