Job Description

The candidate should have a strong knowledge of transfer protocols such as FTPS, SFTP, HTTPS, and PGP encryption. Responsibilities include monitoring end-to-end file transfer systems and networks for failures and performance issues, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to file transfers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience with managed file transfer software like Axway ST, IBM Connect Direct, and IBM Sterling File Gateway is required.

Experience using Splunk for monitoring and alerts, along with working knowledge of Linux, Shell, and Perl, is essential. A good understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, incident and change management, exposure to AWS, and Python is also necessary.
