Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Detroit, MI. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will manage and maintain client relationships, oversee the servicing of commercial insurance accounts, and verify insurance coverage meets the clients' unique needs. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, preparing quotes, processing policy changes, and assisting clients with claims. The role involves collaborating closely with insurance carriers and team members to ensure comprehensive coverage and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Commercial Lines Coverage, including knowledge of industry-specific insurance products and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in Account Management, including building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits and related insurance solutions.
  • Background in Insurance, including processing policy changes, preparing quotes, and claims assistance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance or willingness to obtain licensure within a specified time frame.
