This role ensures that customers receive maximum value from our platform by configuring projects effectively, providing onboarding support, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

• Customer‑Focused Project Presentation

  Understand and present inspection results from a customer perspective, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
• System Configuration

  Configure and optimize projects in our system to enhance customer experience and maximize value.
• Customer Onboarding
  :
  Guide new customers through the platform, ensuring a smooth transition and efficient usage of our inspection solutions.
• Feedback & Product Enhancement
  :
  Act as a liaison between customers and the product team by collecting, analyzing, and communicating customer feedback to drive product improvements.
• Engineering Report Review

  Assess and validate engineering reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and relevance to customer needs.

• Background in architecture, engineering, or construction with a strong understanding of building inspections.
• Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or project management within a technical environment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret inspection results and optimize project configurations.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills to engage with customers and internal teams effectively.
