Responsibilities

  • Oversee discovery and fact-gathering for a range of litigation matters, coordinating with internal teams and external counsel.
  • Assist with responses to regulatory inquiries, subpoenas, and investigations.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for handling electronically stored information and related discovery obligations.
  • Provide guidance to business stakeholders on litigation risks, data preservation, and compliance best practices.
  • Support litigation strategy and case management through careful review and analysis of discovery materials.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Licensed attorney with 6+ years of litigation experience, including experience managing discovery and conducting investigations.
  • Strong knowledge of discovery and e-discovery practices in federal and state litigation.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and outside counsel.
Requirements

Candidates must be able to go onsite near Southeast, Michigan.

Compensation, Benefits & Location

This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $155,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
