• JD degree from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in Michigan
• 3-4 years experience at a law firm or as an in-house counsel

• Assisting with drafting legal documents, including motions and pleadings
• Assisting with the discovery process by administering depositions, issuing interrogatories, and reviewing documents
• Participating in settlement negotiations
• Performing legal research
• Making court appearances as necessary
• Conducting and summarizing depositions
