Supply Chain Planning Analyst

Vendor Scheduler will be responsible for on time delivery of purchased components. In addition, they will support our Consolidation Center, parts distribution, and internal Machining departments. The candidate will ensure delivery of components using EDI and/or Manual Scheduling, while meeting our targets for inventory value and premium freight. They will use analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes.

They have responsibility for assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations that support planning supporting operations at all locations.

• Provides resolution to problems that are readily identifiable with limited scope and are resolved in accordance with standard practices, procedures, applications or routines. Problem / Task resolution timeframe:

• Use judgement within defined practices / procedures to determine appropriate action. Problem / Task resolution timeframe:

• Analysis is required to identify root cause. Uses judgement within defined boundaries to develop alternate solutions, both long and short term. Problem / Task resolution timeframe:

• Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Constructs and may pursue alternative paths towards a solution.
