• Oversee and review a wide range of tax filings (individual, entity, trust), ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior staff, conducting training, reviews, and technical development sessions.
• Conduct and present research on complex tax issues to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate across departments (CAS, Advisory) to identify opportunities and support holistic financial planning.
• Represent the firm at industry events and serve as a key contact for client communications and relationship management.
