Electrical Project Manager - Commercial & Industrial
Base pay range $57,000.00/yr - $63,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and manage electrical projects from pre-construction through final installation
- Prepare detailed project estimates including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs
- Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and documentation to develop accurate plans
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, resolving issues as they arise
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
- Provide leadership and support to on-site teams to ensure quality and timely completion
- Prepare project reports and maintain documentation for management and stakeholders
- Support design or design-build efforts and work closely with engineering teams when required
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial electrical contracting
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry codes
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong communication skills for interaction with teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Proficiency with project management and estimating software
- Commitment to safety, quality, and professional standards
