As a Branch Operations Lead in a Chase Branch, you'll be at the heart of our branch operations, working closely with the Branch Manager, branch employees, and our team of experts. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our clients' financial transactions are handled with precision and care, all while adhering to our policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. A typical day will involve assisting clients with their transactions, introducing them to self‑service options, and reviewing branch operations to keep the team updated on policies.

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, ensuring exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients warmly, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear, polite communication, anticipating their needs and checking them into the queue.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, resolving client issues, and maintaining consistency with policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and help with specialized financial needs.
• Simplify clients' banking experience by sharing self‑service options.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits.

• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability.
• Leadership skills and operational proficiency in a collaborative team environment.
• Passion for educating the branch team and partners.
• Ability to build meaningful connections and educate clients.
• 1+ year of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Availability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

• 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience.
• College degree or military equivalent.

• Complete the Branch Operations Lead Training Program before placement.
• Ability to travel as required for in‑person training and meetings.
