Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction
A well-established and highly respected Michigan general contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects and serve as a key client-facing leader within the organization.
The firm delivers high-quality diverse commercial construction projects and is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER who can both manage current work and help grow market presence through professionalism, performance, and strong relationships.
What You Will Do
- Lead Diverse Commercial Construction projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Provide strong site-based leadership
- Ensure excellence in schedule, budgeting, quality, and safety
- Use Procore and Excel for project management, cost tracking, documentation
- 10-15+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction (preference toward 15 years and demonstrated leadership maturity)
- Strong background in education projects (K-12 and/or higher ed strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to earn respect from the team and subcontractors
- Client-facing, polished, professional demeanor
- Collaborative leadership style
