We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Project Manager to oversee and manage various sign package projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a solid understanding of construction, permitting, and organizational processes. This role requires effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple sign projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, resources, and schedules.
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing regular updates on project progress.
Utilize Excel Spreadsheets and our ERP system for tracking project milestones and documentation.
Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Implement effective time management strategies to optimize productivity across all project phases.
Experience
Proven experience in project management within the construction industry is preferred.
Proficiency and experience in Microsoft Excel and ERP or CRM systems is essential
Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and blueprint reading skills.
Excellent time management abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
