Are you a Project Manager with experience within the energy or civil sectors looking to take a step up and work on some of the largest projects in the US?

Are you a Project Manager, EPC Project Manager, or Construction Project Manager looking to take full ownership of major $100M+ projects, build and lead project teams, and step into a clear progression route toward Senior PM and Project Director?

On offer is a rare opportunity to join a large, well-established North American contractor as they expand their Industrial division across the US, delivering some of the biggest Battery Energy Storage and renewables projects in the country.

As a result of continued growth and new project wins, they are now looking to add an experienced Project Manager to help drive delivery on a flagship hyper-scale project, with the backing, brand, and financial stability of a multi-billion-dollar business.

In this role you will lead project planning and execution across engineering, procurement, and construction, managing financial performance, forecasting, and change control while leading key stakeholder meetings to agree timelines and objectives. Projects will involve travel between the project site (Milwaukee, WI) and the Detroit office depending on delivery needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager looking to take the lead on high-value EPC construction projects, develop their leadership responsibilities, and progress within a growing US division.

The Role:
  • Lead project planning and execution across engineering, procurement, and construction
  • Own project financial performance including budget, forecasting, and change management
  • Lead stakeholder meetings to align timelines, milestones, and objectives
  • Help build and manage project teams to deliver major $100M+ projects
  • Travel between project site (Milwaukee, WI) and Detroit office as required
The Person :
  • Project Manager experience on $100M+ EPC construction projects
  • Background in renewables, utilities/power, mining, oil & gas, or civil infrastructure
  • Comfortable with travel between project and office locations
