CNC Programmer​/Setup

CNC Programmer / Setup at Perigee Manufacturing Company, Inc.

• Program, set up, and verify CNC lathes (Miyano).
• Follow specific work, process, and safety instructions.
• Use measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges.
• Maintain organized/clean work area.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs.

• Minimum of 10 years experience operating CNC lathes & mills (REQUIRED).
• Minimum of 5 years experience programming and setting up CNC lathes & mills (REQUIRED).
• Minimum of 3 years experience programming and setting up Miyano CNC lathes (REQUIRED).
• CAM experience is beneficial.
• Excellent working knowledge of CNC programming (G & M codes, canned cycles, etc.).
• Ability to select, change, set, and touch off tools.
• Strong ability to use measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc).
• Must be quality conscious.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and team mentality.
• Exhibit strong work ethic and attendance record.
