We are seeking a Manufacturing / Production Quality Engineer to support production operations and ensure the quality and reliability of high-performance embedded systems. The role involves implementing quality standards, monitoring production processes, analyzing defects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing quality assurance, process control, and root-cause analysis in electronics or embedded systems production.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and ensure product quality during manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans, inspection procedures, and testing protocols
. - Perform root-cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for production issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure design specifications are met.
- Conduct audits of production processes, assembly lines, and supplier components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Support first article inspection (FAI), product qualification, and yield improvement initiatives.
- Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance product reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and security standards in all manufacturing operations.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation, including inspection records, reports, and corrective action logs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in manufacturing quality engineering or production quality assurance in electronics, embedded systems, or high-reliability products.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, IPC standards).
- Hands‑on experience with production inspection, testing, and validation techniques
. - Proficiency with root‑cause analysis, problem‑solving tools
, and statistical process control (SPC). - Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team environment

- Experience with embedded system or PCB manufacturing
. - Familiarity with process improvement initiatives
, DFMEA, PFMEA, or reliability testing. - Knowledge of supply chain quality audits and supplier development.
- Exposure to regulated industries
. - Experience with quality management software and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, SAP QM).
