- Operation of a small number of machines and workstations within a production line according to work instructions, including applicable Quality and HSE guidelines
- Removal of products from the machines - Assembly of components - Monitoring of processes, inspection of quality/safety characteristics
- Escalation of any detected concerns and problems (Quality and Safety) in line with escalation procedures
- Performing workstation 5S activities and total production maintenance (TPM) in line with standard operating procedures
- Involvement in continuous improvement process
- Results-oriented team player, excellent attendance, high energy level and good attention to detail
- Must be able to work required hours
- Demonstrates creativity, initiative, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to be cross trained on various processes, machines and products
- $18.75 per hour
