Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour + $2,000 Starting Bonus

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to keep our high-performance production lines running efficiently. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for precision, this is your chance to be part of a dynamic, fast-growing company.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of industrial equipment, including pumps, valves, conveyors, gearboxes, and control panels.
• Assist with new production line installations and ensure smooth operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Maintain organized, safe work areas and detailed maintenance records.

• 5+ years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills for packaging machines, motors, conveyors, pumps, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics.
• Welding and finishing skills (a plus).
• Prior experience in food manufacturing (highly preferred).
