CNC Mill Programmer/ Operator

CNC Mill Programmer/Set-Up/Machinist. Short run Tool and Die and prototype machining BCBS Healthcare. 401k. Work boot reimbursement. Tuition reimbursement.

• Program, Set up and Operate CNC Mills producing tooling and prototypes (Makino, DMG Mori) 3 and 4 axis Horizontal/Vertical Mills.
• Precision tight tolerance work.
• Verify stock and the Tooling before putting in the machine.
• Set Offsets with a touch probe, Test indicator, or Edge finder.
• Check parts with Micrometers, Telescoping gauges, Calipers, or Touch Probe.
• Second shift starting a 4pm and ending at 2:30pm 10 hours.

• High School Diploma
• Makino and Fanuc programming
