CNC Programmer (Off-Shift) & Team Lead
We are seeking a talented CNC Programmer in the Detroit, MI area to oversee a team of machinists and manage CNC programming operations.
What You’ll Do:- Lead and mentor a small team of machinists on the off-shift
- Ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently met
- Troubleshoot and optimize machining processes for efficiency
- Strong CNC programming experience (Mastercam required)
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a machining environment
- Ability to work independently and manage shift operations
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
- Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level
