wide effect is seeking a MIG welder for a Milwaukee, WI position. You will perform MIG welding on heavy-gauge components, read blueprints, and assemble parts with precision. The role requires reading measurements, clamping, and inspecting finished work, with emphasis on safety and quality standards.
Shifts are 1st or 2nd, with OT potential and a $100/day per diem on days worked. Compensation starts at $22/hour and can grow to $24/hour after a 30-day review.
