Sr. Analyst-Marketing Enablement
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan is seeking a Sr. Analyst – Marketing Enablement. The role supports the development and implementation of marketing programs, driving insights that enhance business decision making, and translating go‑to‑market plans into actionable experiences within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Responsibilities- Document and communicate project concepts, milestones, and results leveraging campaign business rules and project planning documents to turn marketing strategies into actionable campaign journeys for the CRM team.
- Identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement changes to marketing campaign execution problems, improving the effectiveness of transitioning go‑to‑market plans into actionable experiences for development in Salesforce.
- Lead the development and implementation planning of marketing campaigns that require transition of go‑to‑market plans or projects into Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ensure a solid understanding of consumer journeys; define requirements needed for other team members to build journeys.
- Identify and analyze operational data and develop insights in support of marketing objectives.
- Develop and improve workflows and business processes within Marketing Cloud to improve member experiences and increase new membership.
- Document and communicate project concepts, milestones, and results throughout the project lifecycle.
- Recommend and assist with implementing standard policies and procedures and ensure corporate compliance is communicated, implemented, and monitored.
- Participate in systems testing, develop procedures/controls, and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement of updated processes.
- Provide support to internal departments and external entities by answering questions, supplying information, and training.
- Create and present reports and presentations to display operational data and proposed business changes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Four (4) years of experience in a related field is required.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement changes to processes or procedures to address problems and improve departmental effectiveness.
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize; must be able to lead multiple activities with varying timelines.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and contribute to business unit and/or corporate projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
