Base salary: $68,500 – $89,900 per year.
Short‑term incentive target: 10% of base. Average annual benefits valued at $23,000.
What You’ll Be Brewing- Assist in building portfolio of brands at the Management Unit level by driving positioning locally through activation, media, and retail programs.
- Create strong customer relationships with region sales teams, distributors, and alliance partners to ensure execution of national and local brand plans.
- Assist the Field Marketing Manager and Management Unit leadership in executing 3‑year strategic plan and alliance roadmap.
- Execute and activate support plans against portfolio of priority brands, national packaging innovations, and local promotional packaging opportunities from creative briefing to point‑of‑sale execution.
- Accountable to FMM and MU leadership on maximizing regional investment and activation support, including ticket management, PO management, local radio partnership lead, sampling, event management and on‑site activation execution.
- Work in‑market regularly to evaluate effectiveness of plans and identify opportunities that make Molson Coors Beverage Company the first choice for customers and consumers.
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field; consumer‑product experience preferred.
- Ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly while understanding business priorities.
- Strong relationships and collaboration skills to achieve outcomes.
