We seek a creative and strategic individual for the role of Nonprofit Strategist. This position involves assisting nonprofit clients with strategy, program development, funding, and evaluation methods. Our culture leverages Play Therapy to address mental health issues among entrepreneurs, enabling us to offer holistic services to our clients. We help clients create strategies, implement plans, evaluate progress, and make improvements.
Responsibilities- Providing day‑time project management
- Developing and monitoring project work plans and budgets
- Developing data collection tools (e.g. surveys; interview and focus group guides)
- Analyzing and making meaning of a broad range of quantitative and qualitative data
- Planning and facilitating meetings with boards, staffs, and other stakeholders
- Providing coaching to nonprofit leaders and facilitating peer exchanges
- Writing and editing client agendas, meeting notes, reports, presentations, etc.
- Preparing and making presentations to clients
- Building client relations, including email and telephone communication, and in‑person meetings

- Strong research and editing skills
- The ability to manage and prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in using Microsoft Professional Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint), Internet search engines and databases and Survey Monkey
- Experience in strategy, program design and/or capacity building (organizational development) for nonprofits
- Experience working in diverse communities and across social, economic and cultural differences. Consulting experience preferred. Some supervisory experience is a plus

Education- The Nonprofit Strategist should have a minimum of three years of relevant work experience in the nonprofit sector, hold a bachelor’s degree, or nonprofit management certificate
- Experience in strategy, program design and/or capacity building (organizational development) for nonprofits
- Experience working in diverse communities and across social, economic and cultural differences. Consulting experience preferred. Some supervisory experience is a plus
